Hello,
My name is Eulene Hope Moores and I am a mother of six wonderful children. They have all grown up and now have their own families, making me a grandmother of 14 and a great grandmother of 3.
My husband, David, and I have recently moved into a mobile home next door to our youngest daughter and her family, situated in a beautiful country setting.
Because my middle name is Hope, I am drawn to words from our Father which speak of Hope. Psalm 42 came to my attention recently, and speaks so reassuringly when we are tempted to be discouraged: “…Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me? HOPE IN GOD, for I shall yet praise Him for His help. . .O my God, my soul is cast down within me. THEREFORE will I remember You. . .The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me, and my prayer unto the God of my life. . . HOPE IN GOD, for I shall yet praise Him Who is my health, and my God.”
Looking back on my travels over the hills and dales of life, I can vouch for the faithfulness and trustworthiness of our Heavenly Father. He not only loves and is loving, but IS LOVE (’Agape’ in the original Greek), in the very essence of His Being, and He will always literally wrap His arms of love around us when we turn to Him in simple child-like trust:- “Help, Daddy, I need you!”
“Now the GOD OF HOPE fill you with all joy and peace in believing. . . (Rom. 15:13)
This blogging is an entirely new idea to me and I’m not sure where it will go, but I would like to visit you this way on a somewhat regular basis. I invite you to write me any time if you need a listening ear or a word of encouragement.
In Agape,
Eulene

Dear Eulene,
SOOOO happy to see that your devotions will bless so many more and am going to pass on your website to all my email friends!
Love, Sis
Dear Mrs. Moores,
Thank you for your weblog of Hope.
Our world needs Hope.. lots of Hope, and your letters are an inspiration and encouragement that is needed so much today.
I believe that God gifted you with the ability to write beautiful letters that serve His great purpose of love, and I congratulate you for that and expect to read your weblogs always, and share them with those that need to be connected to wonderful letters of Hope.
Here in Florida, God is blessing us and showing us that these are times to get closer to him. However, as our world groans with the matters of accidents, wars, disease, and so many other negative situations, your letters will do much good, sharing the good news of salvation, love, and Hope in God. Thank God for You!
Thank you again, for all you do!
Best regards to the Whole family Moores!
Love,
George A.

PTL and yes, the butterfly is truly a beautiful creature – and a symbol of who we are in Christ!
This picture was given me about what is the significance of that lovely creature:
It begins as a worm, earth bound (as we are); it is greedy, destructive, and goes through 3 skins.
And then, one day (PTL that it is He who so decides), the worm, caterpillar, builds a crysallis (word is from the same root as Christ), and is hidden within it for 21 days (3 x 7); an amazing transformation takes place. It becomes almost like a liquid, and then…comes the exact time when it begins to come out of its “shell”, a new creature altogether…and as the one side of the crysallis is removed, comes down, it resembles a stone being removed from a grave (as was the case when the stone was removed for the tomb of Jesus). It is wet (the waters of baptism); it waits about 24 hours, as the wind (of the Spirit) dries its wings…and then, it flies off, in search of water (the living water of the word).
The butterfly is beautiful (we are beautiful in Christ); it is a creature of the day (as are we); it spreads life (as do we), and it drinks nectar (the sweetness of Him who is our Life). At night, it folds its wings up, as if in prayer…and when it dies, even if it is beat up, or crushed…IT IS STILL A BUTTERFLY!!
Yes, you are right – the butterfly IS a glorious creature, and has much to “tell” us.
God bless and thank you for what you share, dear Eulene,
Joanne
Dear Mrs. Moores, You might know that your wonderful son, Tim, is helping me to set up a website. I am so very, very grateful for his infinite patience with me since I have only been online since my own son was here in August, 2007.
Naturally Tim referred me to your webiste, “Letters of Hope.” These are truly beautiful, uplifting, encouraging, edifying, and comforting. I too have many people in my life who need the things you have to share. I could have read these lovely posts all night as your spirit shines through them as a mighty beacon of HOPE! And JOY! You have been greatly blessed by Father, and HE is certainly using you in a marvelous way to bless others. Thank you for your obedience! It has been so nice to have this initial “meeting” with you. I shall return often, and perhaps we can share a bit by e-mail. Yours in Jesus Christ, diana summers

Dear Hardi and Beti,
We were so happy to meet you in person after having seen you in pictures and hearing of your ministry in Romania through our mutual friends.
We do keep you in our prayers, and we trust that the Letters of Hope will be a blessing and encouragement to yourselves and your workers at your home for children.
God bless and keep you always,
In Agape,
Eulene
Precious MOM,
Because thats what I feel after meeting you this Sunday. It is a blessing to know you.And I feel there’s so much more to come when we meet again.I have asked Tim when can we meet you again. It was like homecoming and getting united.Only Jesus can do this.He can bring people from the opposite ends of the earth and knit them together beautifully.
But those who wait on the Lord
They shall mount up with wings like eagles
How good that we waited for our immigration for 6 years and now we are among His chosen ones
Love and grace to dad David.

Greetings Folks;
Trust all is well you dear folks. We value you and yor contributions to the body of Christ.
The Lord is on the throne and not about to get off. At times we are pressed from ever side but then the clouds break and the Son shines through. Yes He is always here even when we feel that He is far away. Our feelings are predictably unpredictable, He is predictably consistant.
Keep pressing in and moving forward, there is so much more to enter into.
Loving a blessing you in Jesus name. Hardi and Beti Kubassek
Thank you, dear Friends, for your encouragement. It is true, Father is forever faithful – in the midst of every circumstance. David likes to quote the little proverb: “The things that are over your head are already under His feet!”
Praise His worthy Name! Blessings to you and all in your care.
